Brandmox Terms of Service

By purchasing any service from Brandmox (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the client”) agree to the following terms.
Services
Brandmox provides branding, design, and creative strategy services as outlined on our website and in your selected package.Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and prior to delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to submit final payment will result in project hold and withholding of final assets.
Revisions
Revisions are limited according to the selected package. Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed as additional work.Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and begin after deposit and required materials are received. Delays caused by the client will extend delivery timelines accordingly.Ownership & Usage
Full ownership rights transfer to the client only after final payment is received in full. Brandmox retains the right to display work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of branding work, all deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. No refunds will be issued for completed work.Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials to ensure project success.Limitation of Liability
Brandmox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.Governing Law
